Very nice and tidy 3 bedroom apartment.

I have faces so many trouble while check in. Waited 3 hrs. Booked one apartment and the gave me wrong password and later they switch to another apartment.

公寓坐落于一片居民区，总体环境还可以，自驾的可以直接把车停在路边，也可以付款15刀一天的费用停到地下车库，各种消耗品备得很充足，让人惊喜的是还有电饭煲，太适合中国家庭小住了。洗碗机严重怀疑有前住客把洗洁精添加到光亮剂的盒子里了，导致最后洗完洗碗机里全是泡沫，我们不得不把所有的餐具再过一遍清水。我们住的房间的餐桌稳定性不好，有点摇摇晃晃的，建议房东维修一下，如果有小孩子跑来跑去撞到了容易出事。

The room layout is suitable for family travel and offers enough space for a comfortable stay. However, cleanliness needs significant improvement. The floor was very dirty — after my child ran around barefoot for a short time, the soles of their feet were completely black.
In addition, there is no air conditioning in the bedroom, which made the stay very uncomfortable during hot weather. The washing machine also did not clean clothes properly, even after a full wash cycle.

The apartment was really nice. The only fault it had was the floor was very dirty. My kids were black after playing for a while until I realised how dirty the floor was.

Good location easy drive to parramatta and train station. Very clean well maintained apartment. Had a pleasant stay.

Apartment looked very cozy and comfortable for 5 people. The only problem was we cannot access from the main entrance but only from the garage with the code provided. We really appreciate they ask if we need a cot for our baby before our arrival.

Апартаменты находятся не в туристическом районе. Добираться до достопримечательностей около 1 часа на автомобиле.
Напротив дома идет стройка с самого утра, здесь выспаться будет сложно. Дали номер 7, он находится на 1–ом этаже, возле входа в подъезд, где постоянно ходили и разговаривали люди. У номера есть терраса, которой фактически нельзя воспользоваться ( все кто заходит в подъезд будет видеть вас )..
Из плюсов: просторные апартаменты, внутри есть все необходимое, также есть удобная парковка.
За эти деньги можно снять жилье в более лучшем месте

This premium 2 bedder was the perfect stay for our visit. The king bed in main was excellent and having the unsuited great. The main bathroom had a nice big bath, great heat/cooling. Lots of natural light. The balcony was a bonus i didn't know i wanted!!
It is part of a complex of apartments, not very noisy. The hot water doesn't really get to hot which is disappointing because the pressure is great!! The parking is basement parking with a decline in the the driveway, so be careful with your lower cars, I was concerned with mine, but we got in there. Would definitely stay here again. The profiteroles patisserie is around the corner as well as BP service station and uncle johns pizza which is delicious by the way!!! Kula apartments- your home away from home!!

We booked this accommodation again after seeing so many good reviews. On our second stay, we were given a different room, but this room had its own issues.
While the toilets and bathroom were extremely clean, there was a terrible smell throughout the apartment that made it impossible to sleep. We arrived at 9 pm and ended up leaving by 4 am because we just couldn’t stay any longer. There was also something on the couch — one of us slept there for a couple of hours and woke up with red marks all over his body, as if something had bitten him.
The apartment was easy to access, and the staff member who called me was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the smell and the couch issue really impacted our stay.
