被鋪感覺不乾凈，衣柜腳邊好多塵，浴室抽氣扇積滿塵埃， 浴缸太高，上落不方便危險， ?水龍頭開關掣一早已經損壞。廚房用具不齊全，又欠缺焗爐保護手套， ?沒有吸塵機不方便自己打掃， 洗手間洗手盆冇梘液洗手。 ?上網check-in系統復雜， 點不方便老人家。

Kula Parramatta is a full-fledged modern comfortable spacious apartments in a low-rise complex, located in a quiet and peaceful place. ??The bedrooms have comfortable and high-quality beds with high-quality bed linen.
WiFi is reliable and fast.
And in general, the apartments have everything you need even for a long stay.
The apartments are very clean, there are beautiful bathrooms.
And what is very important, the house has a secure car park in the basement.
The check in and check out procedure is very simple and contactless.
We stayed at Kula Parramatta for the fourth time and will definitely do so in the future. ??

整體都很好，乾凈整潔，地方大。服務員的招待很好，常常很快回覆我的查詢，第一日發現其中一部風筒壞了，跟服務員反映后，第二天立即給我們另一部，很貼心。
停車場很好，有電梯可直達屋的樓層。
大廳有暖氣，房間沒有，但有一部暖爐可使用。
環境清幽，清晨有鳥兒叫聲，其他也沒什么嘈雜聲，
很好的住宿體驗。

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment we stayed in. We chose this apartment because it was pet friendly and for the location. The apartment was much larger than we expected, the kitchen had everything you'd need for longer stays, there was a beautifully maintained fully enclosed communal bbq/garden area and the rooms/bathrooms were very clean and tidy. It was easy to park and the building was quiet when we stayed there. Little bit of road noise comes through but it was blocked out with ear plugs and a bit of white noise from the fan supplied. :)

Cozy place to rest & relax after a long day out there. Tucked away from the hustle & bustle of city. Private carpark which was a bonus. Recommend!
